LOS ANGELES, March 2 (UPI) — Sarah Gilbert and wife Linda Perry welcomed their first child over the weekend.

The 40-year-old television host gave birth to a baby boy Saturday, and announced the news Monday on The Talk. The couple named their son Rhodes Emilio, and shared a first photo of the infant with the CBS series.

“Our #TalkBaby is finally here!” the program captioned a picture of Rhodes on Twitter. “Congratulations @THEsarahgilbert & @RealLindaPerry, we love you so much!!!”

“Huge congratulations to @THEsarahgilbert and her new baby boy … so happy for you and @RealLindaPerry!” co-host Julie Chen tweeted. CBS daytime vice president Angelica McDaniel added, “Can’t wait for #BabyMcD to meet little Rhodes. #Blessings.”

Gilbert and Perry have been together since 2011, and married in March 2014. The couple announced The Talk host was pregnant with their first child in September, and Gilbert is also mother to 10-year-old son Levi and 7-year-old daughter Sawyer with ex-girlfriend Allison Adler.

Gilbert is also known for portraying Darlene Conner on Roseanne and Leslie Winkle on The Big Bang Theory, while Perry came to fame as the lead singer of 4 Non Blondes. Gilbert created The Talk, and co-hosts the program with Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood.
