A US appeals court ordered Google on Wednesday to take down an anti-Islamic film from YouTube blamed for protests in the Muslim world, overturning a lower court’s ruling.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals “reversed the district court’s denial… of a preliminary injunction requiring the removal from YouTube.com of” the film “Innocence of Muslims,” said the ruling.
