Rep. Elijah Cummings: Benghazi Attack Probe Complete

Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) declared Tuesday that a federal probe into 2012’s Benghazi terrorist attack is complete, regardless of what contrary views the GOP might hold.

Cummings claims that retired Ambassador Thomas Pickering could provide public testimony to show the alleged falsity of GOP claims that the Obama administration and Congressional Democrats haven’t been thorough to this point. 

According to the Associated Press, Cummings asserted Pickering’s closed-door testimony “put to rest” House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa’s (R-CA) claims that the “Benghazi independent review was incomplete.”

Pickering co-authored the report on Benghazi, along with retired Admiral Mike Mullen.
