I explained in a column last week that the Democratic Party and other leftists are a national security threat. I noted that they have rapidly increased their demonization of the Tea Party and conservatives in general. They have called for congressional investigations into “Christian militants” and “right-wing extremism” (even as they dutifully deny the existence of the Islamic threat) and they have labeled conservatives as “terrorists” for opposing their Cloward-Piven attack on the nation.
The traditional conservative’s instinctive response to these escalating attacks is to defend himself but not to counterattack aggressively. This needs to change. And so I propose counterattacking the left in the following manner in an effort to defeat it permanently.
First, we need to capture at least the legislative and executive branches. And in order to capture these two branches we need to win elections by overwhelming margins in order to overcome the ingrained voter fraud and outright election theft of the Democratic Party (which we have inexcusably allowed to go on for too long). We also need overwhelming victories in order to counter what might be the standard recall election efforts that the Democrats could employ from here into the future.
Once we have these two branches (and even if we only have a partial hold on the legislative branch) we need to do two things:
(1) Investigate and prosecute Democrats and leftists nonstop. The investigations should cover public officials and private citizens who have led the unrestricted warfare campaign against us for years. Conservatives are correct in calling for a Cold War-style effort to root out civilization jihad. But we also need to implement a Cold War-style effort to root out leftists who have never stopped waging the Cold War.
(2) I repeatedly hear the refrain that the congress and the president need “to get things done.” That refrain means to pass new, oppressive and destructive laws and spend money. I don’t want this. Instead, I want a conservative congress and president to concentrate on repealing unconstitutional, illegal, or burdensome laws even as they cut spending and restore the rule of law (which is, as Jason Ivey writes, a thing of the past in America):
They’ve been taught the rule of law is a joke because in Britain so few of them are actually enforced. In America, we have “hate crimes” applying to white-on-black violence, but a Justice Department that refuses to enforce laws when the violence is black-on-white. Both countries have a court system with such a high burden of proof and lack of will to adequately enforce prosecutions that the criminal class can rest assured their bet is safe when it comes to beating the system. The system doesn’t mean anything anymore anyway, because it’s broken or non-existent.
Implementing these solutions will then allow for conservatives to retake the social institutions without illegal and violent interference from the left. And then we can restore America. Yet my simple solution likely won’t be implemented because the leaders of the conservative movement don’t have the heart to enact it. These leaders want to play by the Queen of Marksbury Rules. Even worse, they want every other conservative to play by them too. And so they will attack and disparage those few conservatives who have the passion to form a much-needed militant conservative movement. Indeed, the Right has embraced surrender as a strategy. I will address this issue in a forthcoming column.
