Qaddafi Is Raping Libya. Literally.

This is pretty chilling stuff. It is well documented proof that the Libyan dictator, Muammar Qaddafi, has meted out retribution against those who are fighting against his regime. He’s employed conventional arms such as tanks, jets, and attack helicopters against the much lighter armed citizen-rebels. However, he has also employed a far less conventional method. According to the International Criminal Court, news is surfacing that Qaddafi has ordered the systematic rape of hundreds of women. In order to make the men especially potent, he equipped them with a steady supply of Viagra. Qaddafi apparently found that the method of raped proved effective from watching the Dark Continent’s other dictators use similar strategies.

The international criminal court (ICC) in The Hague has previously launched investigations into the alleged use of systematic rape as a weapon against the civilian population by leaders of the Lord’s Resistance Army in Uganda and militia groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Central African Republic.

But the claim by the ICC’s chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, that the impotency drug Viagra was distributed to Libyan troops as part of an official policy of rape is unprecedented.
