With Bin Laden Dead Iranian Leader Greatest Threat To World Peace

As the largest state sponsor of terror, no one expects Iran to applaud the killing of Bin Laden but as usual Iran supplies us with imaginative headlines. “Bin Laden died well before US’ raid” Iranian Intelligence Minister claimed.

Countered terrorism experts claim that while Bin Laden himself was not a great fan of the relationship between Iran and Al-Qaeda, many other Al-Qaeda leaders supported the relations. Now with Bin Laden out of the picture Iran is likely to increase its strong hold on yet another terror organization.

The death of Bin Laden might not mean the end of Al-Qaeda but it’s certainly another boost to Iran which is already benefiting from the unrest in the Middle East.

Ahmadinejad, who is walking on shaky grounds in Iran these days, due to a rift between him and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was glad to denounce US’ foreign policy. “Western countries do not have any excuse to remain in the region following killing of Osama bin Laden and they need to end occupation” he said.

And on the background of these events, the nuclear plant in Bushehr has been activated indicating Iran is close to wrapping up work on the site that has dragged on for more than three decades.

Is this the point of no return on Iran’s way to acquire nuclear weapons? No one knows for sure. What we do know and what we in Giyus.org try to share with the world is the fact that Iran is controlled by a fanatic radical terror supporting regime that would be glad to put nuclear weapons to use.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei

Prime Minister Netanyahu sums it up well – “He runs the country and he is infused with fanaticism”, Netanyahu said referring to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. “If the Iranian regime gets atomic bombs, it will change history,” he warned. “The future of the world — the future of the Middle East — is certainly at stake.”
