Brainless North Korean Leader Holds Binoculars Upside Down During Military Parade

Kim Jong Il’s son and heir apparent Jong-un watched a military inspection through binoculars when he visited a base in January. That makes sense. After all, he was recently appointed vice chairman of the National Defense Commission, which essentially runs the armed forces. Supposedly the young Kim junior was also given the rank of four-star general last September. But he apparently forget the lesson on how to hold his binoculars right-side up.
