There is nothing about President Obama’s negotiated START follow on treaty that even vaguely resembles the principles upon which Ronald Reagan conducted arms control with the Soviets. Further, the full court press by the President and the lame-stream media to pull a fast one in the lame duck Congress to pass the START 2 treaty is grounded squarely on misinformation.
