“A free, fair, and objective discussion amongst members of the United States government will be precluded from taking place as a result of Wikileaks information warfare against the United States. This does not increase government transparency, but debilitates it because government officials will be less likely to engage in open discussion knowing what they say will be aired out at the worst possible time. U.S. interests and U.S. personnel are in danger as a result of these dumps.” –
