South Korea Vows 'Actions' Not Just Words; North Korean Leader Tours Soy Sauce Factory

South Korean military officials are declaring that they want to respond to the North Korean shelling “with actions” not just words, reports the country’s Yonhap news agency.

The agency is also reporting that shortly after the attacks North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il and his heir apparent son, Kim Jong-un, toured a soy sauce factory. Vice Marshal Ri Yong-Ho, who heads North Korea’s General Staff, has not been seen in public.
