Yesterday, Patrick Poole posted a story on Big Peace about an Al Qaeda fund raising operative leading prayers on Capitol Hill for the Congressional Muslim Staff Association. According to Poole, “Anwar Hajjaj is the former head of the Taibah International Aid Association, which was designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S. government in May 2004.” Yet, he was apparently welcomed by Capitol Hill staffers as recently as April of this year! Poole has video in his Big Peace post but Frank Gaffney has audio of a jaw dropping interview with Poole about Al Qaeda on Capitol Hill!
