Jim Pinkerton: The Nature of America's Enemies

Today on Frank Gaffney’s Secure Freedom Radio, Jim Pinkerton of the New America Foundation joins Frank for a tour de raison on common threads between the nature of the United States’ enemies from the Soviet Union of the Cold War Era to today’s Islamist extremists. There are, in fact, still lessons to be learned and principles that hold true in the war of ideas when confronting enemies with totalitarian ideologies and world domination in mind. Whether entrusting the Russians not to cheat on arms treaties or welcoming proponents of Shariah law into the U.S. financial system, succeeding American security and institutions to uncompromising and intolerant states and actors cannot be excused as “diplomatic.”
