Report: Protesters at Columbia University Call for Elimination of Israel

The Times of Israel reports: A lecture by Israel’s ambassador to the UN Danny Danon was disrupted Monday as supporters of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divest and Sanctions campaign burst in on the event.

The protesters shouted “Palestine will be liberated from the river to the sea,” “Israel is a terror state,” and “Israel has no right to exist.”

Danon, who was addressing some 300 students from New York’s Columbia University, told the protesters, “Instead of inciting and lying, sit down on the chairs and maybe you’ll learn something,” the Ynet news site reported.
