The Times of Israel reports: A man in his 30s who aimed a gun at police officers in Tel Aviv late Wednesday was shot and seriously wounded by one of the cops.
The incident on Rishon Lezion Street in the city’s south began when the officers, from the special tactical unit Yasam, called on four men to stop. According to a police account, one of the men then turned around and pulled out a gun.
He was shot by one of the cops. The three men who were with him fled the scene. Police launched a manhunt.
