A viral video of 26-year-old Amber Neal being arrested by LAPD officers captures the sound of onlookers being shocked by the show of force involved.
It is now revealed that Neal was one of three suspects allegedly involved in the kidnap-and-ransom ordeal of actress Daisy McCrackin and actor Joseph Capone.
The North Hollywood Patch reports that the indictment against Neal and the other two suspects, 33-year-old Keith Andre Stewart and 27-year-old Johntae Jones, claims “Capone was allegedly pistol-whipped, then driven with McCrackin to a home in Compton, stripped naked and held without food in a bathtub for 30 hours while ransom money was demanded from the actress.”
The indictment also indicates that McCrackin and Capone were forced to wear hoods over their heads en route to the Compton home, so as to keep them disoriented throughout the drive.
While Capone was naked in the bathtub, McCrackin was driven to area banks to make cash withdraws. She was then forced to sign a $10,000 check, which served as ransom money for Capone’s release.
Neal is charged with “one count each of kidnapping to commit another crime, perjury by declaration, forgery and grand theft auto, as well as two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.”
