Justin Bieber is using the ride-sharing app Lyft to help launch his new album Purpose this week–and a few lucky users of the app could even get to share a ride with the pop star.

Bieber’s new album doesn’t hit shelves until November 13, but Lyft users who slide into “Bieber Mode” on the app will have the chance to purchase the album on November 12 at a $5 discount. Once the ride is completed, users are sent a download link to the album and a $5 credit toward their next Lyft ride.

To celebrate the promotion, Bieber is riding around in random Lyft cars throughout the week to surprise the app’s users:

Bieber isn’t the only pop star to use a ride-sharing app to promote a new project. In May, Britney Spears partnered with Uber to create specially-marked “Britney SUVs.” Inside the cars, Spears’ single “Pretty Girls” was blasted on repeat, and a few lucky fans received a swag bag with Britney-branded baseball hats, bags and thermoses.
