Robin Williams spoke bluntly about the reason he returned to television last fall with The Crazy Ones, the comedy that may or may not live to see a second season.
Now, the erstwhile Mork from Ork is looking to shed some rather expensive property he bought when his film career stood on more solid ground.
Villa Sorriso, the 640-acre estate commissioned by comedian Robin Williams in the early 2000s,is back on the market this month. After an attempt to sell the property in 2012 for $35 million failed to bring in buyers, the actor took the 20,000-square-foot home off the market. It is now back on for $29.9 million and is being represented by Cyd Greer and Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Previews International….
The limestone, Italiante-style mansion’s name means “Villa of Smiles.” Surely, the actor (who has been public about his money woes) will be smiling if he can find a buyer this time around.
