Speaking in a rare interview, the leader of Germany’s Patriotic Europeans Against The Islamisation Of The West (PEGIDA) movement has revealed his own pet name for the U.S. secretary of state — ‘Killary’.
The remarks came during an exclusive interview with Breitbart London’s Raheem Kassam in which the PEGIDA grassroots movement leader discussed the future of Europe and the strains of increasing mass migration.
Straying onto the newly signed migrant deal between the European Union and Turkey, an agreement Mr. Bachmann slammed as “stupid”, he was moved to remark of Turkish president Recep Erdogan “he’s a killer”. At that time he commented that he held the same thoughts of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Calling her a killer, Mr. Bachmann remarked his name for her is “Killary”, named for her actions over the 2012 Benghazi attack.
Breitbart has given close coverage of Mrs. Clinton’s involvement in the Benghazi affair, and her numerous untruths which have over time proven to be incorrect. A 2015 report elaborated on her security decisions that led up to the death of American Ambassador Chris Stevens, and her claim the attack had been caused by a YouTube video, “The Innocence of Muslims”.
Contrary to that claim, the day following the attack Mrs. Clinton told the Egyptian Prime Minister: “We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack. Not a protest”.
While Mr. Bachmann may have an extremely low opinion of “Killary” Clinton, he seemed to think higher of Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump. Betraying his own uniquely German take on American politics, he remarked of Mr. Trump that he’s “more good [than bad] because he hates [Angela] Merkel”.
Mrs. Merkel has been the main architect of the European migrant crisis, declaring the doors of Germany open to all-comers and encouraging one of the greatest movements of human beings in history.
Her chancellorship has been one of the main complaints of the PEGIDA movement, with signs reading “Merkel Must Go”, and many other less polite messages frequently appearing at their weekly protest walks.
