The former actor who claimed he was sexually assaulted by former Chancellor Ken Clarke as been cleared of perverting the course of justice.
Ben Fellows claimed the Conservative MP plied him with alcohol before groping his “private parts” in 1994, an allegation Mr Clarke denies.
However, police decided to prosecute fellows for perverting the course of justice after decided he had made the story up.
He was declared not guilty at the Old Bailey today.
