Flash: ‘Non-Accidental’ Explosion At Restaurant Near Lyon

There has been an explosion at a restaurant in Villefranche-Sur-Saone, near Lyon, where there have been reports of a ‘non accidental’ explosion at a kebab restaurant.

The town’s Deputy Mayor Bernard Perrut says: “It is apparently linked to the dramatic situation [in Paris]. The restaurant is independently managed by people close to the mosque…and is where people attending the mosque gather, as do others.”

Police have also been searching an address in Reims, North-east of Paris linked to an 18 year old named as a suspect for the killings yesterday. Hamya Mourad reportedly handed himself into police this morning.
