A third woman has accused Wisdom of the Crowd star Jeremy Piven of sexual assault, alleging that the actor pinned her down in a hotel woman and ejaculated on her dress.
“He was very nice to me,” advertising executive Tiffany Scourby, 39, told People about her alleged encounter with Piven. “He mentioned he was going to [tape an appearance on] Late Night with Conan O’Brien the next day and gave me his number and asked me to go with him as his guest.”
Scourby said she and Piven arranged to meet at the Trump International Hotel in New York the following day.
“I remember I was wearing this white ribbed turtleneck and brown slacks — business attire — and I was sitting right next to him on the couch,” Scourby said. “We were talking for about five minutes and he said he was waiting for his [publicist] to come with us.”
“[Then suddenly] he jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground,” she continued, adding that he then “held down my hands” and began rubbing his testicles against her before ejaculating “all over my white turtleneck.”

Scourby is the third woman to accuse Piven of sexual assault, with reality TV star Ariane Bellamar accusing him of groping her. Longmire actress Cassidy Freeman accused Piven of “predatory behavior.”
However, Piven has denied all allegations against him, including Scourby’s claim, stating that it “simply did not happen.”
“Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen,” he said in a statement. “I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this,”
Piven’s PR representative said that if the actor were to have taken a polygraph at the time, it “would have clearly proven this allegation to be entirely fabricated, a complete lie,” adding that he was now “looking at legal options.”
Piven is one of a number of A-list Hollywood figures to be accused of sexual assault, following the emergence of dozens of sexual abuse complaints against movie producer Harvey Weinstein. Other actors also accused of sexual harassment include Kevin Spacey, Ben Affleck, and Dustin Hoffman.
