Hillary Clinton drew a lengthy standing ovation while attending the Tony Award-winning play Oslo with her husband Bill Clinton on Sunday.
Video taken by attendees Sunday night showed the audience on its feet as the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate entered the Vivian Beaumont Theater in New York City to see the historical drama production, which just won Best Play at the 2017 Tony Awards.

Audience members could be heard chanting, “Hillary! Hillary!” and “We love you Hillary!” as Clinton and her husband made their way down the aisles ahead of the performance.
Oslo tells the story of the secret Middle East peace negotiations conducted in Oslo, Norway between the Israeli government and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) that led to the signing of the Oslo Accords by Yitzhak Rabin, Yasser Arafat, and Bill Clinton at a public ceremony in September 1993.
The play itself won the coveted Best Play award at the Tonys this year, while actor Michael Aronov won Best Featured Actor in a Play.

Hillary Clinton has taken in several Broadway shows since her loss to Republican Donald Trump in November’s election, including the critically-acclaimed shows The Color Purple and In Transit.
