Like many other celebrities watching from home Wednesday night, Rosie O’Donnell tweeted along with the third presidential debate and repeatedly went off on Republican candidate Donald Trump, at various points calling him an “anus mouth” and an “orange motherf*cker.”
The actress began a series of tweets during the debate by imagining what Trump was writing on the note paper on his podium:
O’Donnell continued by calling Trump “cray cray” and criticizing the performance of Fox News’ Chris Wallace, who served as the debate’s moderator:
“WE ARE WOMEN HEAR US ROAR YOUR ORANGE MUTHAF**KER,” the 54-year-old comedian tweeted. “This pro life moderator from fox — sucks.”
O’Donnell issued several more tweets before the debate was over, repeatedly criticizing Trump for his pro-Second Amendment positions and alternately calling him a “delusional human being,” a “delusional turd” and a “stupid rich asswipe.”
The feud between O’Donnell and Trump dates back nearly a decade and intensified as the billionaire real estate mogul secured the Republican presidential nomination earlier this summer.
Last summer, just a few weeks after Trump had announced his presidential run, O’Donnell said in an interview that she would like to smear period blood on the faces of those people who propagate what she called Trump’s “war on women.”
During the first GOP debate in August, Trump slammed O’Donnell when moderator Megyn Kelly brought up some of the candidate’s comments about women, to which he replied that he said them “only” about O’Donnell.
In April, O’Donnell declared that Trump “isn’t even qualified to run a game show,” and followed up in May by saying that his mouth “looks like an anus” and predicting that the real estate mogul would “never be president.” In a profanity-laced tirade at New York City’s Beacon Theater later that month, the comedian called Trump an “orange piece of sh*t” and said repeatedly that she hates him. She later revealed that her therapist had advised her not to focus her energy on Trump.
O’Donnell was far from the only celebrity to lash out at Trump during Wednesday night’s third and final presidential debate. Celebrities including Bill Maher, Chelsea Handler, Michael Moore, John Cusack, Chloe Grace Moretz and many more all weighed in, with most bashing the Republican candidate:
