A standard celebrity Halloween for rapper Nicki Minaj has turned into a public relations nightmare, after an online video appears to show her laughingly commanding a disabled person in a wheelchair to walk.

While the disability trolling is nowhere near Biden status, it is still giving the “Anaconda” rapper headaches, as she attempts to explain the context behind the video.

Minaj, 32, was partying hard at 1 OAK, a Las Vegas, NV, nightclub over the weekend and was sharing photos and videos of her escapades for fans along the way.

At some point during Saturday evening’s celebration, she posted a short video to her Instagram page that ended up being deleted after fans and others on the image sharing site accused her of being insensitive.

Dressed provocatively as a “sexy fairy” on the video clip, Minaj points her wand at a person in a wheelchair, whose identity has not been disclosed, and says, “Walk!” as her entourage makes its way down a hallway at the club.

Laughing hysterically, Minaj then says, “I command you to walk!”

The following day, Minaj took to her Twitter page after the video received scores of negative comments, to claim that the person in the wheelchair was not disabled, but was a friend of hers.

“Lol. That’s NOT a disabled person and u know that. Are u that desperate for attention?”

Minaj directed the post at Hollywood gossip blogger Perez Hilton, who had shared the video.

She then tweeted, “Bitch, u knew. That’s my friend in a scooter. Have a great day. I surely will,” and she began sharing photos of people who had dressed up as her for other parties.

In a separate Halloween post, the often provocative rapper complained of a Bill Cosby costume that shows the comedian, who has been accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women, attempting to corral an unconscious woman holding a martini.

“Our generation is so desensitized,” she wrote.
