“The roof, the roof, the roof, is on fire!” – literally, at Snoop Dogg’s birthday party.
The Doggfather’s 44th birthday bash at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim was evacuated Friday night after a small fire broke out on the ceiling of the club, reports TMZ.
A source at the club told the outlet that a decorative chandelier caught fire around 11:30 pm, just as Snoop was set to take the stage to perform. The estimated 600 people in attendance were forced to evacuate and firefighters rushed to the scene, but the blaze was reportedly already extinguished by the time they arrived.
No injuries were reported and the club suffered minimal damage, but the sprinkler system reportedly flooded the club’s floor.
Snoop’s birthday party was reportedly rescheduled for a later date.
Heat Ultra Lounge reopened on Saturday, reports the Orange County Register.
