A man who alleges he engaged in group sex with billionaire media figure David Geffen for money, says he feared discussing his relationship with the media mogul because he feared for his safety.

During the extortion trial for gay porn star Teofil Brank (Jarec Wentworth), who is accused of trying to extort money and an Audi from businessman Donald Burns, Justin Griggs told the court Wednesday billionaire David Geffen had been involved in group sex parties similar to those that initiated the investigation, according to documents obtained by The Smoking Gun.

Griggs, a gay porn star and prostitute who had been called as a government witness, had told the FBI he was apprehensive about discussing Geffen because the billionaire was very powerful.

According to The Smoking Gun, under cross-examination Griggs told a jury Burns, 51, flew him and other young men to Massachusetts and Florida, where they were paid to have group sex.

“It was really just hanging out, surfing, grilling out, going to dinner, and then we would have sex, group sex,” Griggs testified.

When asked by the defense if Burns had paid for a dental procedure, Griggs reportedly said the money came from “from another friend of mine.”

The attorney then asked Griggs about a conversation he had with federal argents regarding “details about an individual because he was very powerful and you feared for the safety if you disclose information.”

Griggs was asked by the defense to whom he was referring, and after an objection to question by Prosecutor Eddie Jauregui was overruled, Griggs asked, “…should I give you the name of the person?”

“Yes,” the defense replied.

Griggs then said, “David Geffen.”

The man reportedly did not disclose of Geffen had paid for his dental work.
