“Mile high” might have a new meaning thanks to a report that claims singer Chris Brown misbehaved on a recent chartered flight.
The R&B singer was verbally combative and allegedly blew marijuana smoke at an attendant during a flight on a private jet, a report from Us Weekly claims.
A source, who did not disclose the date of the alleged incident, told the magazine the 26-year-old recently paid for a private a jet and, once on board, began smoking weed.
While the FAA strictly prohibits smoking on airplanes, the real trouble didn’t start until a flight attendant informed the star of the regulation.
After the crewmember addressed the issue, the unnamed source told the mag, “He blew smoke at a female flight attendant and said, ‘I paid $60,000 for this jet, so I own it and everyone inside.’”
Smoking cigarettes on airplanes was legal until Feb. 25, 1990, when the federal government banned the practice on nearly all domestic flights following years of complaints from unions.

According to the source, Brown began smoking pot again before the plane landed and afterward went off on another female flight attendant.
“He told her, ‘What is your old ass doing here anyway? I like to have the help be people I’d actually like to f—,’” the person claimed.
