From Wall Street to Porn: Intern Leaves Post for X-Rated Lifestyle

An intern at a prestigious Wall Street asset management firm reportedly left her position to pursue a career in porn, because she “can’t stop masturbating at work.”

Paige A. Jennings, a 23-year-old intern at Lazard Asset Management has been secretly posting risqué “selfies” from her office bathroom for the past few months. After her X-rated activities became public, she decided to make a full transition into the adult film industry, using the stage name Veronica Vain.

Her Twitter account quickly garnered enough attention to warrant an interview offer from Bro Bible. She spoke openly about what motivated her career change:

…I love financial analysis and thinking. However, I found that I was not cut out for the politicking required to be successful, and sitting at a desk for eight or more hours a day really sucks the life out of you.

… To quote Steve Jobs: “You’ve got to find what you love.” I thought long and hard about this, and as silly as it may seem, I could not think of anything that I love doing more than having sex, reading and learning about sex, talking about sex with other people…and I knew that I would probably be most successful if I could surround myself with sex and be accepted for it.

…Society is really so against sexuality in the public sphere, despite how well it sells. I dislike stigmatizing something that is such a source of happiness and fulfillment and such a natural part of life.

Jennings’ Twitter handle partially reads, “I just left a job on Wall Street for a porn career because I can’t stop masturbating at work.” Something she is both vocal about, and proud of.

Wednesday she tweeted: “I left finance because if I’m going to take it up the — for a decade, I’d prefer to get in to a hall of fame for it.”

She has also apparently planned a collaboration with embattled Lebanese porn star Mia Khalifa, who recently divided the Arab World for becoming the most sought after performer on the website, PornHub.

“@TheVeronicaVain two women who have a lot more in common than a degree… LETS WORK TOGETHER,” Khalifa tweeted to Jennings.

Jennings, who is a graduate of the University of Florida, will start her adult film career later this month in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she will be competing in a porn competition called The Sex Factor, an Internet reality show.
