A woman filed a lawsuit against Bill Cosby in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, alleging that the comedian molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was just 15-years-old.
The lawsuit states that Judy Huth, now 55, and her 16-year-old friend met Cosby during a film shoot in the Los Angeles area in the 1970s.
Cosby reportedly gave the girls alcoholic beverages one week later at a tennis club. The legendary comedian then took the underage girls to the Playboy Mansion, saying that he had a “surprise” for them in which he offered them more drinks.
“Under the terms of Cosby’s game, plaintiff was required to consume a beer every time Cosby won a game,” alleged the lawsuit, via NBC.
Cosby reportedly asked the girls to lie about their age, saying they were 19-years-old, if anyone asked.
Huth goes on to say that she needed to use the bathroom and Cosby, who was 37-years-old at the time, showed her where the bathroom was, which was located in a bedroom suite close to the mansion’s game room.
“When Plaintiff emerged from the bathroom, she found COSBY sitting on the bed,” reads the suit. “He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”
In the complaint, Huth states she has suffered a “traumatic incident” which has left her emotionally and psychologically scarred. She claims she didn’t realize until recently why she was so damaged.
Huth says she has “suffered damages that are substantial and continuing.”
Twenty women have come forward in recent weeks with allegations of sexual assault against Cosby, however, this is the first lawsuit he has faced since 2005.
A woman named Andrea Constand sued the comedian in 2005 for drugging and sexually assaulting her, one year prior.
Excerpts from that lawsuit surfaced last week, which revealed Cosby had cooperated with the tabloids to cover up a story from a second accuser, named Beth Ferrier.
Cosby continues to deny all allegations and there is no response from his attorney about the civil suit as of yet.
