Watch: Wu-Tang Rapper Who Cut Off Own Penis Jokes About It in Stand-Up Comedy Set

Christ Bearer, a rapper affiliated with the hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan, was heard making jokes during a stand-up comedy gig about an incident when he reportedly cut off his own penis during a suspected suicide attempt.

TMZ reported in April that law enforcement responded to an emergency in North Hollywood, California when they learned that Bearer, also known as Andre Johnson, “without warning” castrated himself just before leaping from the second story of an apartment complex.

Witnesses and acquaintances of the rapper claimed there were no “hard drugs that would cause him to do such a thing.” Cops believed it was a suicide attempt.

Now, the rapper is apparently making light of the situation. He recently revealed to an audience that voices in his head were related to why he cut off his own penis. Some reports indicate it has since been reattached. 

However, Bearer told the NY Daily News that surgeons were unable to reattach the organ, but the rapper, “still has a little bit left.”
