Celebrities are rushing to Twitter today to recall the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Many are sharing their condolences to those who lost loved ones that day. A few couldn’t resist scoring partisan points despite how the attacks united the left and the right in the days after the attacks.
Far-left filmmaker Michael Moore decided the anniversary was the appropriate time to declare victory for… Osama bin Laden.
The right to privacy?Gone. Journalists jailed. Banks confiscate your home. More prisoners than China. Endless wars we can’t win. OBL, u won.

Liberal actor James Morrison, best known for his work on the Fox series 24, is among the most partisan actors on social media. He used the anniversary as a way to smite the GOP:
If you don’t remember who was President on 9/11/01 or are remembering #Benghazi today, you’re remembering it wrong. #NeverForgetSeptember11

Comedian and podcasting giant Marc Maron fired off the following message, apparently thinking it isn’t too soon to crack an ISIS joke on this day.
ISIS is bad. #chimingin #currentevents #relevant

Fellow comic Artie Lange, a famous New York Yankees fan and lifelong East Coast resident, dropped the gags to share his personal reflections on the attacks.
Freedom tower from my balcony. Still thinkin about families still dealing with the memories of 9/11. Peace pic.twitter.com/y3UhI2Xykp

Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland was just a teen when the Twin Towers fell. Her memories became part of her formative years.
13 yrs ago my life as a downtown New Yorker was changed forever. My thoughts are with the families, friends & victims of 9/11. #neverforget

Singer/actress Queen Latifah offered up this somber, appropriate tweet to mark the anniversary.
Let us take a little time today to reflect on all those we lost on 9/11/01. May God continue to guide and bless those families. #NeverForget
