Joel McHale at WHCD: Republicans, Kardashians Like to 'Screw Black People'

The reviews are coming in for Joel McHale’s set at Saturday night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The Soup mainstay was fair, balanced and, according to Deadline.com, a bomb.

One line in particular from McHale’s act, though, echoed the media’s unjust meme which tries to target GOP members as racist.

McHale hit the standard targets during his performance, from N.J. Gov. Chris Christie to former President Bill Clinton. He laced his set with plenty of pop culture asides, a natural given his work on the E! series The Soup.

Then, he let go with this joke comparing the stars of his own network with the GOP:

I know the Kardashians are Republicans, because they’re always trying to screw black people.
