On Friday, actor Alan Cumming called Republican Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal a “dickbrain” for supporting Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson, whom A&E reinstated after suspending him for comments to GQ magazine that were deemed anti-gay.

Cumming, a “bisexual” actor who has received Emmy nominations for his role in The Good Wife, was responding to Jindal’s tweets in which he said he was glad A&E “came to its senses & recognized that tolerance of religious views is more important than political correctness.” Jindal tweeted that the left “may control Hollywood, but not the hearts and minds of a majority of Americans.”

Cumming also said, “Many of us yearn for a socialist utopia but let’s count our US blessings.”
