Liberal activist Ronan Farrow, the son of actress Mia Farrow, is fed up with D.C. gridlock and TV news in general. So the photogenic Farrow is going to join MSNBC, the network already featuring hate Tweeter Alec Baldwin and the Rev. Al Sharpton.
Farrow’s new weekday show, tentatively slated to launch in January, promises to be an extension of his existing body of work, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Farrow has written for multiple publications including The Wall Street Journal and theInternational Herald Tribune. He served in the Obama administration’s foreign policy department and also at the State Department, where he founded the Office of Global Youth Issues and was an advisor to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during the Arab Spring uprising.
Farrow does have a healthy sense of humor, which may serve him well as part of MSNBC’s curious lineup of talent. Here’s his take on the recent controversy regarding the identity of his real biological father.
Listen, we’re all *possibly* Frank Sinatra’s son.
