The new documentary Informant lets Brandon Darby share his story of working with the FBI to help prevent a pair of radical leftists from pulling off a terrorist attack.
The film gives the critics of Darby, a contributor to Breitbart News, time to share their version of those events. It’s still a rare chance where Darby can address the public without the standard media filters. Consider how the NPR review of the film dubbed Darby a “rat” for risking his life to help spare innocents from a potential attack.
Informant came in first on the iTunes documentary chart over the film’s first weekend in release and is currently featured on the site’s main movies page. Director Jamie Meltzer’s film can be seen in theaters now as well as via Cable VOD, Xbox, Playstation, iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, Google Play and YouTube.
Darby also bypassed standard media biases by debating David McKay, one of the two men jailed as part of Darby’s undercover work, during a recent HuffPost Live event.
