Author Terry McMillan routinely uses her Twitter account to share positive, uplifting messages with her fans. In between, the Waiting to Exhale author rants against conservatives.
Today, McMillan went the latter route, blasting the current Supreme Court in the hours before it renders a verdict on key same sex marriage issues, scheduled to be revealed June 26.
Later, she fired off this message regarding the state of the court, and the notion of a Supreme Court in general.
“I have always been an antiauthoritarian. The idea that 9 people can decide my fate makes me grind my teeth,” as well as a comment saying she mostly agreed with the rulings of liberal Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor.
