CNN's Jake Tapper to Appear on Soap Opera 'All My Children'

CNN’s redoubtable Jake Tapper announced he will make his debut as a soap opera actor on the newly minted webseries All My Children.

On the August 19 episode of the soap, the host of CNN’s The Lead with Jake Tapper will portray “Spencer Phillips,” a TV investigative reporter.

All My Children, the long running soap opera that was broadcast on ABC for 41 years, recently migrated to the Internet launching as an online series in April.
