Dennis Miller: Mainstream Media in 'Abusive Relationship' with Obama

Dennis Miller may have manned a faux news desk on Saturday Night Live, but he knows shoddy journalism when he sees it.

And, sadly, that’s precisely what Miller has watched over the past five years as the mainstream media continues to cover for President Barack Obama.

Now, as scandal atop scandal rocks the White House, the press is forced to report some on some of the more unsavory aspects of the Obama administration’s actions. And that leaves reporters in a quandry, as Miller explained to Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly on the host’s May 22 program.

Let’s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama. They don’t quite know what to do…. Now, they might take a little thing here, a little respite and say, “Hey, what’s happening with Obama?” But they’re all going to cave in on that. You know, but they have to do it a little. They have to just express some exasperation.
