McKay routinely collaborates with “Saturday Night Live” alum Will Ferrell on projects that push their progressive agenda, from the aforementioned comedy “The Campaign” to “The Other Guys.” They also created Funny or Die, a site with a robust political comedy section which rarely swats Democrats.
