Alec Baldwin continues to tease the possibility of running for elective office, despite the stacks of opposition research he’ll hand opponents if he carries through with the threat.
One political gig the Long Island native often mentions is Big Apple mayor, a job currently held by Michael Bloomberg.
A new poll suggests Baldwin stick to his day job – even if his low-rated “30 Rock” has begun its final season.
66% of registered voters say they don’t want the actor to turn politician. 18%, though, would like to see Baldwin enter the contest. 16% are unsure.
So, two thirds of New Yorkers aren’t even in favor of him “running” to serve in Gracie Mansion, let alone vote for him.
