Good heavens, look at that photograph. Here’s another:
Baldwin looks like some crazed animal.
Yes, thoughtless little pig Alec Baldwin chooses to be a star and celebrity and then assaults a guy for taking his photograph. He wants the millions and the fame but none of the hassles that go with the deal.
What a punk.
Baldwin took to Twitter to claim the photographer hit him first, with a camera. But even if that’s true — which I doubt — it was most certainly an accident.
No way this response is appropriate under any condition:
The volatile “30 Rock” star punched lensman Marcus Santos outside the city Marriage License Bureau on Worth St. Tuesday morning. The actor was walking out with fiancee Hilaria Thomas, 28, after apparently obtaining a license.
Santos was standing with two other photographers when Baldwin, 54, approached with an angry glare.
“He was looking mad,” said Santos. “He said, ‘Step back, step back.’ I said, ‘We’re moving back.'”
Baldwin then grabbed a second News photographer, Jefferson Siegel, and Santos told the “Rock of Ages” star to back off.
“I said, ‘Don’t touch him,'” the 42-year-old Santos said. “I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming.
“He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me — one time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way.”
Because Baldwin’s nothing if not a bullying coward, he’s blocked me on Twitter so I can’t link his lame excuse of a tweet.
Baldwin famously called Andrew Breitbart a “festering boil on the anus of public discourse,” but Andrew never assaulted anyone, never got booted from a plane for abusing the 99%, and never called his beloved children “thoughtless little pigs.”
Baldwin’s going through a tough time, though. The ridiculously low-rated “30 Rock” will finally be removed from NBC’s liberal affirmative action programming next season, and Baldwin’s latest film, “Rock of Ages,” is a notorious flop.
Baldwin is a volatile menace. Hopefully charges will be filed here.
