Sunbathing Naked (Day One)

I’m sunbathing naked in my backyard. I’m on the lookout for bees. Yesterday one stung me on my thigh. Thoughts are swimming in my sun baked head. One thought keeps popping out amidst the others.

I can’t keep up with him.

There’s a strange, red bump inside my eyelid.

Scarlet is pregnant with my first grandchild.

Teenager wants to move back to FL.

Three pimples are on my chin because I ate three potato chips yesterday.

I can’t keep up with him.

There is a bee hive under my roof.

There is a Communist Living in the White House.

I can’t keep up with him.

Every time I try to research his newest Communistic endeavor, he does a new one! I just can’t keep up!

With lightning speed he and his minions are setting fire to The Constitution, looting and pillaging the Court System, and hanging Abraham Lincoln from a tree!

Every time I pass the TV I do a double take. Fox News only.

CNN plays footage of oil soaked pelicans or Lindsey Lohan over and over and that’s it. The other networks play Mel Gibson’s voice mail and completely ignore the Voter Intimidation case where Black Panthers scream stuff about killing white people, crackers, and their babies. Clinton and Obama are singing the praises of the late Senator Byrd, the KKK guy who hated black people. Breitbart puts out the Sherrod video showing that “hate speech” goes both ways! And, the media goes nuts!!

I just learned that Obama’s favorite book, Rules for Radicals, is dedicated to

Lucifer!! Wow! No wonder!

New 10% tax on tanning salons to pay for Obamacare?! Next, it will be on…hair weaves…just to balance out the racial fairness? Right?

….I was reading in 1 Samuel 8 how Israel wanted a king and God did not want them to have a human king. God was the King of Israel. He gave them The Ten Commandments and other super smart laws, like not eating pork (it was not sanitary) and getting circumcised (prevention of disease), and “an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth” (crime prevention). God wanted people to obey Him because He is the smartest leader and loves us the most. But, Israel wanted a king really, really bad. A human King. God relented.

King Saul was elected. And it was bad for everyone.

This reminds me of America. When God was the King of America we were blessed. Our founding fathers built our country on the Judeo-Christian foundation of The Ten Commandments and the presence of no human King. The colonists were escaping the human king of England, seeking religious freedom and they set up our Government purposefully to prevent the corruption of power; thus, the legislative, executive and judicial branches of Government – all balancing out one another. No one man in charge. No human king. King God was engraved onto our money, put in our pledge, and carved into our buildings in Washington, D.C.

But, as time went on, just like Israel, we gradually started to take His blessings for granted, and abandon His laws. We kicked God out of the courts, the public school system, our families, and our personal lives. So, now we had no King. And we wanted a king really, really bad. A human king. God relented.

King Obama was elected. And it was bad for everyone.

I can’t keep up with him.

I don’t really like sunbathing. I just have no work. And, I thought it might make me look thinner. I use the time to read and think and pray.

I see a bee buzzing near me. I shush him away.

I see a king ruling over me. I vote him away.

I see the King watching over me. I bow my head and pray.

(Um…it’s not a sin to be sunbathing naked if no one but God is watching, right?)
