A teenager in Porter, Texas, could face second-degree felony charges after he was accused of urinating on a shelf at a Walmart store on July 27.

Reports said police identified the 15-year-old after video of the alleged incident surfaced on social media. The video reportedly shows the suspect and a group of teenagers laughing about a puddle of urine next to a wine bottle on a shelf at the Walmart store.

Police said surveillance footage confirmed that one of the teens did, in fact, urinate on the shelf.

“As stated previously, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will not tolerate this type of behavior. Perpetrators of these type of acts will be caught, and all applicable charges will be filed against them,” the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement on Tuesday.

Reports said that while inside the store, the teenagers also allegedly tried to steal a case of beer. However, Walmart’s loss prevention officers stopped them, and they were eventually allowed to leave. The attempted theft occurred before the alleged urinating incident.

On Tuesday, Breitbart News reported a similar incident: a woman allegedly urinated on a bin of potatoes at a Walmart store in Western Pennsylvania.

“The woman allegedly urinated on the potato bin and left the store shortly after. Photos of the woman show someone with long, dark hair, a cellphone, a purse, and what appeared to be earbuds,” the report said.

A Walmart representative said in a statement that safety is a top priority for their customers. “This type of obscene conduct is outrageous and we immediately disposed of the affected products and sanitized the area to ensure its cleanliness and safety for our customers.”

Reports said that a woman identified as Grace Brown, 20, turned herself in to police this week for the act. The Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office said they recommend she be charged with criminal mischief, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
