On Thursday’s broadcast of CBS’s “Evening News,” Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) accused President Donald Trump of attempting to “taint the jury pool” by hosting a lunch today at the White House for Republicans senators.
Blumenthal said, “His agenda’s pretty clear. He’s trying to taint the jury pool, and they should be above it.”
