House Foreign Affairs Chair Engel: I Think 'We Will Have Articles of Impeachment'

While speaking to reporters on Wednesday, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Eliot Engel (D-NY) predicted that there will be articles of impeachment against President Trump.

Engel said, “I do think that, ultimately, we will have articles of impeachment.”
