Dem Rep. Levin: Trump ‘Acting Like a Socialist’ – Ordering Companies ‘Sounds Like Joseph Stalin’

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “America’s News HQ,” Representative Andy Levin (D-MI) stated that President Trump is “acting like a socialist” and ordering companies not to do business with China “sounds like Joseph Stalin.”

Levin said, “[T]he president is acting like a socialist. If he’s going to order companies — he said he was ordering our companies about where they’re going to produce things. That’s not capitalism. That sounds like Joseph Stalin. And we want companies to make things here based on sensible, steady trade policy, not this kind of crazy sputtering around that he’s doing.”
