Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) reacted Friday to former White House aide Hope Hicks’ testimony regarding her time at the White House.
Jordan called Hicks’ questioning a “political stunt” by the Democrats because they asked questions they were not allowed to ask.
“[Hicks] couldn’t answer a lot of questions, but Democrats knew that before they brought her in. But that doesn’t stop them … this, I think, in many ways is just another political stunt from the Democrats,” Jordan said on Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom.”
Jordan went on to say House Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) asked questions about Hicks’ time as an adviser, which the Republican from Ohio said had to be objected every time because it was off limits.
“Look, as I said, I think this was largely a political stunt,” he added.
