A new CNN/Des Moines Register poll shows former Vice President Joe Biden slipping, while Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and South Bend, IN Mayor Pete Buttigieg all pulling closer.
Monday, CNN commentator Ana Navarro questioned Biden’s strategy, saying his “best day was his campaign launch.”
Navarro, who claims to be conservative, said she would “skip and hop to the polls” to vote for Biden over President Donald Trump, but lamented the 2020 frontrunner is starting to remind her of failed 2016 GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush.
“I say this as somebody who really likes Joe Biden and would be very happy — skip and hop to the polls if I could vote for him in a general instead of Donald Trump, but right now he’s giving me Jeb Bush acid reflux,” Navarro advised on “New Day.” “I want to see him pull this together.”
