On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Ingraham Angle,” Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz argued that Special Counsel Robert Mueller should have reached a conclusion on obstruction of justice, and argued that “if he had come to a conclusion, it would’ve been there was no obstruction of justice.”
Dershowitz said, “Mueller should have come to a conclusion. I think if he had come to a conclusion, it would’ve been there was no obstruction of justice. But he was probably pressured by his staff members not to come to that conclusion.”
He added, “I think the only thing Barr should’ve said that he didn’t say is that there should no longer ever be any special counsel. The Mueller investigation puts the final nail in the coffin of special counsels, special prosecutors.”
