Thursday at her weekly briefing, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) commented on former Rep. Beto O’Rourke’s (D-TX) candidacy for president.
When asked what Beto’s “signature accomplishment” was during his time at the House, Pelosi said, “Beto brought a great deal of vitally to Congress.”
She continued, “When he came, he came as a real champion for the environment.”
When asked if he has enough experience, Pelosi said, “Yes, the answer is yes.”
